籃球、足球教練及藝術導師於每次ASCEND課堂上觀察學生表現，選取該堂最出色的學生給予貼紙獎勵，學生獲得五張貼紙後，學校會頒發一張獎勵證書給學生。校外機構亦會從當中選出優異學生參加名為「Sponsorship Programme」，讓學生參加長期的訓練及比賽，擴闊學生眼界。
During each ASCEND class, the football coach and art instructor observe the students' performances and select the most outstanding student for a sticker reward. Once a student collects five stickers, the school awards them with a certificate of achievement. External organizations also identify exceptional students to participate in the "Sponsorship Programme," which provides them with long-term training and competition opportunities, thereby broadening their horizons.
