Life education 生命教育

Our Targets 總目標

  • To cultivate students' attitude of respecting and cherishing life and exploring the meaning of life.
    培養學生尊重生命、愛惜生命的態度和探索生命的意義。
  • Based on the whole-person development of students' body, mind and spirit, we practice whole-person education in the three areas of emotion, character and spiritual education.
    以學生身、心、靈之全人發展為依歸,在情感、品格和心靈教育三個範疇實踐全人教育。
  • To train students to be good citizens who are willing to take the responsibility for society, the country and the world.
    培養學生成為對社會、國家及世界肯承擔的好公民。
  • Develop a caring attitude towards family, school, community and country in students.
    培養學生關愛家庭、學校、社區及國家的態度。
  • Train students to be respectful and responsible children.
    培養學生成為尊重別人、有責任感的孩子。

Implementation strategy推行策略

  • Establish a Values and Spiritual Education Committee, consisting of members from the Guidance and Counseling Group, the Religious Education Group (Church Service Preaching), and the Moral and Civic Education Group. Together, they will develop the curriculum content for the year-long Life Education courses, providing comprehensive support for students' growth.
  • 設立價值及靈命教育組,成員包括訓輔組、宗教組(堂會傳道)、德育及公民教育組組長,一同編訂全年生命教育課課程內容,全方位關顧學生的成長。
  • Two classes of Values and Spiritual Education will be held each week, covering growth topics, implementing unit theme activities, and organizing lectures or special events. The aim is to cultivate students' positive life qualities, values, and character, allowing them to grow happily.
  • 每週設兩節價值及靈命教育課,教授成長課、推行單元主題活動、舉辦講座或專題活動,建構學生良好的生命素質、價值觀及品格,讓他們能愉快成長。
  • According to the growth needs of students at different stages, unit theme activities are implemented in each grade, and through diversified teaching activities such as experience activities, picture book teaching, community service, drama, group discussions, etc., to help students construct correct values.
    按照學生的不同階段的成長需要,在各年級推行單元主題活動,藉著體驗活動、繪本教學、社區服務、戲劇、小組討論等多元化的教學活動,幫助學生建構正確的價值觀。
