Our Targets 總目標
  1. To continuously develop students' interest in learning Mathematics and enhance their life-long learning ability.
    持續發展學生學習數學的興趣及加強終身學習的能力。
  2. To inspire and develop students' critical thinking, creativity, ideation, inquiry and mathematical reasoning skills.
    啟發及培養學生的批判性思考、創意、構思、探究及數學推理能力。
  3. To teach students to master the basic concepts and calculation skills of Mathematics.
    教導學生掌握數學的基本概念和計算技巧。
  4. To strengthen students' numeracy skills and strengthen their understanding of Mathematics.
    加強學生的運算能力和強化對數學的理解。
  5. To allow students to discover and construct knowledge through different learning activities (STEM/e-learning, etc.), and further improve the ability to explore, communicate, think and form mathematical concepts (exploration and research).
    讓學生通過不同的學習活動(STEM/電子教學等),發現及建構知識,進一步提高探索、溝通、思考和形成數學概念的能力(探索與研究)。

  • The school is implementing the "inquiry-based teaching method". Teachers design inquiry-based activities based on students' learning difficulties, so that students can conduct independent and cooperative inquiry. This cultivates the attitude of inquiry-based learning, constructs the spirit of inquiry-based learning, and helps students to think and apply from multiple perspectives and different channels to explore knowledge.
    推行「探究式教學法」,老師以學生學習難點為主設計探究式活動,讓學生能進行自主探究和合作探究,培養探究學習知識的態度、建構探究學習的精神,並學習多角度思考和運用不同渠道來探究知識。
  • The school adopted a spiral assessment method to repeat the assessment of each area of Mathematics learned previously, and to check the student's learning progress regularly.
    採用螺旋式的評估方法,把之前所學的各個數學範圍重覆評估,定時查核學生的學習進度。
  • The school is developing e-learning, using different applications and e-textbooks to concretize abstract mathematical concepts and consolidate students' subject knowledge.
